Assumption of Risk & Indemnity

1. Inherent Risk

Participation in sporting, recreational, and related activities involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death.

2. Voluntary Participation

All participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

3. Medical Fitness

Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate and must disclose any relevant medical conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Arena X shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from ordinary participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5. Indemnity

Participants indemnify and hold Arena X, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims arising from participation.

6. CPA Compliance

Nothing in this policy excludes liability for gross negligence as prohibited under South African law.
