Bookings, Leagues & Events Policy
1. Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.
2. Payment Terms
All bookings and event reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the booking or event.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation deadlines apply. No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of fees.
4. Events & Leagues
League and event participants must comply with all rules, schedules, and payment obligations.
5. Disciplinary Action
Arena X reserves the right to suspend or disqualify individuals or teams for misconduct without refund.
