1. Party Duration & Timing

Time Allocation: Each party booking is strictly for 2 hours.

Setup: You may access your designated party area 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

Cleanup: The area must be vacated and cleared of all personal items at the end of your allocated time to allow for cleaning and the next booking.

Please note: Late departures may result in additional fees to cover staff overtime and venue delays.

2. Catering & Decorations

Self-Catering: You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, party food, and snacks.

Decorations: You are permitted to bring your own decorations (e.g., balloons, banners, tablecloths). Constraint: Please avoid using [e.g., glitter/confetti/tape that damages paint] as per our venue policy.

Supplies: The host is responsible for providing their own plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving utensils unless otherwise arranged.

3. Alcohol Policy

Strictly No Alcohol: As ARENA X is a licensed premises, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the property.

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed via our on-site licensed facilities [if applicable, e.g., the venue bar]. Any outside alcohol found will be confiscated, and the party may be asked to leave without a refund.

4. Supervision & Liability

Parents/Guardians remain responsible for the supervision and conduct of all children at all times.

ARENA X accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, nor for the loss of personal property or leftovers.
